I had registered as a member of a website, but I went through a withdraw procedure before I signed a contract that would incur a fee. Although I had sent an e-mail request to delete my registered personal information, I didn't get a response. I am worried that my personal information will be misused.

Unfortunately, personal information that has been known by someone else cannot be retrieved. “We recommend you to do the following self-defense actions. Don’t answer unfamiliar calls. Use an answering machine.” It is also an option to change your e-mail address or mobile number.
In the future, if there are any unrecognized charges, refuse them and never contact the business. Please consult your local police in the unlikely event that there is an aggressive request or threat.
